The Romanticism no.2 apartment on the 5th floor with elevator and is located in the same building as the Impressionism apartment. This spacious bright apartment has a large 15m2 terrace leading out from the living room with comfortable seating for 5 persons. The building itself has a private swimming pool and paddle court which is for the use of guests of the building only. There is a concerige during business hours and a high tech security camera system in place.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people with double queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, twin single beds in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has a single bed. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The other bedrooms share another large bathroom with spacious walk-in shower unit. The apartments have large amounts of natural light coming through the large wall to wall windows with partial views of the Mediterranean sea, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing.

The Romanticism no.2 apartment has all the regular entertainment center gadgets like TV, DVD and stereo along with washing machine, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, sandwich maker, hairdryer. The dining room and living room are accommodated in a large open room with high end quality designer furniture.

Description of location: The Romanticism no. 2 apartment is located about 10 mintues metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. It is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach itself. Also located in this area is the convention center for the Forum 2004. According to it's oganizers the Forum is a festive journey designed to bring the three main themes to life: cultural diversity, sustainable development and conditions for peace. For 141 days, starting April 2004, this will be the place where visitors experience cultures and entertainment from around the world through large- and small-scale exhibitions, workshops, markets, performances, games and more.

The communal grounds of these apartments are really wonderful. There is a large designed swimming pool for the use of the residents only, as well as beautifully tended lawns, paddle court, play parks for the younger children and also a park with huge slides for older kids.

Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 5 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.
