The Chagall III apartment has been completely renovated and modernized to achieve the quality and high standard necessary to make this a luxury apartment for our visitor to Barcelona. You can see this from the moment you step into the tastefully, classicaly styled foyer, as well as the perfectly preserved facade of the building. Even the elevator has been refurbished to retain its turn of the century origin (thankfully with up to the minute machinery). This 1st floor apartment is perfect for four to six people and caters to their every need. The master bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The decor of each bedroom has been kept tasteful and uncomplicated and there are large wardrobes in both bedrooms so that all visitors will have plenty of room for their belongings.
The living room area of the apartment encompasses the comfortable and stylish dining area suitable for four to six people. It is here that sunlight pours into the apartment from floor to ceiling though the large windows creating a lovely relaxed ambience. The extremely modern and stylish sofa dominates the room and lends just the correct touch of warmth and colour (this is a sofa bed which pulls out into a double bed and is very comfortable). In this room the visitor can relax and enjoy watching some TV, or catch a movie on the DVD or simply chill out and listen to some music. All the artwork, which can be found throughout the apartment, is of course original and all the pieces are unique and were created especially for the Chagall III apartment.
The bathroom contains the bath, shower, sink and toilet, while a separate room houses another toilet. The main bathroom is en suite to the bedroom containing the queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances such as the vitro ceramic cooker, the oven, which also doubles as a microwave, washing machine and dryer and fridge freezer, all of which are top of the line. You will also find all of the comforts of home such as toaster, juicer etc., to make your visit to Barcelona easy and stress free. Bed linens, bathroom paper and clean towels are all provided.

Description of location: The Chagall III apartment is located right in the middle of Barcelona city, making it accessible to all areas of interest in Barcelona such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, El Borne and Plaзa Catalunya. A short walk from the apartment you will find the superb food and produce market called La Boqueria on Las Ramblas, an absolute must for any visitor to Barcelona. The apartment offers a quiet reprive from the bustling and very busy Las Ramblas but close enough for guests to walk to where the action is - two, three minutes on foot.
Walk out the front door of the apartment building and walk across the street and you will find yourself in the heart of the very trendy El Borne area, one of Barcelona's oldest neighbourhoods. An intricate maze of plaзas and squares all interconnected by narrow, medieval streets where you will find lots of trendy boutiques and great bars, cafйs and restaurants. Another option for the visitor staying at this great Barcelona apartment is to visit the Gothic quarter situated right in the heart of the old town. This is the area that fell within the medieval walls and, until 150 years ago, made up the entire city of Barcelona. The area is a body of interconnecting narrow, cobble stoned streets where you can potter around for hours exploring the shops and restaurants.
