Description of location: The Mulan I is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach as it is located on Paseo Garcia Faria which means all you have to do is cross the street to get to the beach..

This area is relatively new and they have done a superb job, from the high quality finishes used in the construction to the surrounding areas, where you can find many local cafe/restaurants and bars and parks....

The area has a fresh and welcoming feel to it and with the excellent metro system the old part of town is extremely accessible, you are never far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Barcelona....

The building where the Mulan I apartment is located, has recently been completed and is has a very modern look and feel. The communal grounds, which include a private garden for the use of the residents, is a great feature and is kept in perfect condition and the view form the great terrace is a real treat.

The beaches are a short walk from the apartment, they are really great beaches and a wonderful option on really hot summer days!!!!

Also, there is a brand new, large commercial centre at a 5-7 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building, the bus will take you to the heart of Barcelona within 10-15 minutes. Mar Bella beach is right at the other side of the street.

Please note this apartment is not in the large complex as many of the other apartments are, and does not have access to a swimming pool.
